Drum Class of 2007

Fall 2007 Class Schedule and Information.

The Fall Term for Ensemble Drumming for Bellydance 1 will be on Tuesday evenings, October 1 through November 20, with November 27 as a possible make-up day. Class hours are 7 to 8:30 pm.

Classes are held at Pratt school, 66 Malcolm Ave. S.E. 55414. You can register through the Minneapolis Community Education website, or call Pratt School at 612-668-1122. Registration should be available online beginning in September.

At the end of the class year, the drum class performs in the Pratt school Spring Show, usually in late May. In Spring 2007 they provided the drumming behind Totally Northern Tribal, a Minneapolis tribal style bellydance troupe. The class also performed a drum solo, a medley of the basic dance rhythms.
